We tell you upfront of all documents needed before you have completed your application. In other there will be no hassles. You gather the documents as requested,send in to us as as indicated on the site and the job gets done!

  3. I only want to do a single function on the site. Why must I register as a user?

    Almost all the services offered on this site requires information from the user so we would ask for this information in any case.If you would want to use any other service in future we wouldn't need to ask for it again. You also get access to a whole lot of free online tools and advice.

  4. Can I act on behalf of another person?

    No ,to protect privacy you will not be able to act on behalf of any other person. We will ask for ID on certain transactions. Info supllied by the registered user is also used in certain transactions.

  5. Can I act on behalf of a company or business?

    Yes, the process would work as if you were an individual. You will just have to download and sign a Power of Attorney or represantative vendor form for certain transactions.

  6. How does the online storage system work?

    All documents, e.g. Proof of registrations, CK1, Tax documents (if you submitted you tax form online with us), mariage contracts, wills etc. will be kept in a secure environment available for you to view and print out at any time. These documents can be found under the My Documents heading after the user logged in. We are also in the process of enabling the user to upload and store any important documents he/she wishes under his/her My documents heading (online vault).

  7. How secure is this site?

    Myfinance-online.co.za uses a secure online banking system. All information and documents stored by us is encrypted in our database on and is only visible to the user and the My-finance professional handling the client's financial affairs.   8. I am an individual who doesn't own a business nor am I planning on starting a business.What can I do on this site?

    #  An individual running a business in his own name or under a trade name,
        not in a CC, Company, Trust etc. is automatically a sole proprietor.
    #  The business and personal assets of the owner are considered to be one,
        therefore (not a separate legal entity) the owner is personally responsible
        for debts incurred by the business.
    #  All loans taken out for this type of business is taken out in the owner’s name,
        therefore the owner stands to lose everything, including his private estate
        if the business fails.
    #  All profits are due to the owner in his/her personal capacity.
