Monthly Accounting Services (Choose your package)
1. What do I get from you?
Within 5 -10 working days after we have received your documents you will receive the following:
- Management accounts, income statement showing the profit/loss for the month and year to date.
- Financial ratio's that we feel are applicable to your business.
- Proof of submissions of all statutory returns (VAT/PAYE etc) as applicable.
- Payslips in electronic format (if you are using our payslip services).
- All these reports/ document will be uploaded under your profile for ease of reference.
As and when completed the following will also be e-mailed and uploaded under your profile:
- Copy of Annual financial statements.
- Copies of tax clearances.
- Copies of letter of good standing,
- Assessments from SARS etc.
2. How do you get and return my documents?
- Monthly source documents can be e-mailed/faxed or posted to us (which ever is the easiest for you).
- If posted the documents will be returned, once processed at our offices and returned to you, neatly filed and referenced within 5 -10 working days.
Should you need any of these documents while at our offices you can contact us and we will scan and send to you immediately.
3. Can I cancel this agreement?
Althought we would like to building a long term relationship with our clients this agreement can be canceled for whatever reason after a 12 month period.
3. How does payment work?
Once you have chosen your package that suits your needs best you will need to pay for the 1st month service via EFT/Credit card. We will immediately prepare the debit order form and supplier agreement for you to sign. Upon receipt from the signed documents the next months payment will be debited from your nominated account. Payment is made in advance, e.g. amount is paid via debit order on the 1st of March will be for March accounting service.
4. What is needed from me and when must I supply it?
For monthly accounting/bookkeeping services we need your documents to reach us on the latest the 5th of the following month, e.g. March's info and document to reach us on or before 5 April.
Example of info and documents that will be requested from (non-exhaustive)
- Bank statements for the month
- Copies of customer invoices or a summary thereof.
- Copies of suppliers invoices or a summary thereof.
- Payroll info where applicable.
Payroll info must reach us at least 7 working days before payday to enable us to supply the payslips and submit all statutory returns on time.

How does this work?
- You choose one of our packages or build your own package below.
- For the monthly packages you will receive on order number and pro-forma invoice once the form is submitted. This is for the 1st month's service.
- We will send you a debit order form as well an agreement form to be signed. Once we have received your signed documents back we will start with the service from the date as indicated on the form below for a 12 month period.
- If you need "catch-up" accounting we will schedule a free consultation via our website to discuss your specific requirements.

THIS IS SOLD AS A PACKAGE WITH NICE TO HAVE EXTRAS INCLUDED. E.G TAX CLEARANCES, ANNUAL CIPC RETURNS ETC. 1. Comprehensive package - R750 per month
- Free CC Amendments, changes to members, CC details etc for the 12 month period..
- Annual CIPC Return. (CIPC fee included)
- Monthly processing, bookkeeping from source documents e.g. bank statements.
- Vat Returns completed and submitted (if business is registered for VAT)
- Complete and submit provisional tax returns for SARS twice a year (Aug and Feb annually)
- Annual Financial Statements, preparation and signing off. (1 per cycle of 12 months paid)
- Complete and File Annual Tax return. Checking off assessment and lodging objection if applicable (1 per cycle of 12 months)
- All correspondence with SARS, CIPC etc
- Tax Clearance Certificates issued and updated on all tax numbers we are responsible and only for the periods we were responsible for (1 per cycle of 12 motnths)
- Free telephonic, email and video conference support on business, tax and other related issues.
2. Employee Services - R30 per employee, (minimum monthly fee R150).
- Includes monthly electronic payslips, monthly statutory returns submitted to SARS and Department of Labour.
- Complete and submit annual return of Earnings form with Compensation Fund (1 per cycle of 12 months).
- Letter of Good standing issued and updated on an ongoing basis (1 per cycle of 12 months).
- Complete and submit PAYE reconciliation to SARS twice a year (Aug and Feb annually)
- Issuing of IRP5’s, IT3’s and all other relevant tax documents to employees.
- Free telephonic, email and video conference support on payroll, salaries and other related issues.
3. "Catch-Up" Accounting (Business which has fallen behind on bookkeeping/tax/ issues)
- Free telephone, video call consultation to determine the scope of work.
- If deemed necessary, an onsite visit can be arranged at discounted prices to assess the current situation.
- We will advise on costs in getting your books and tax affairs up to date.
- You instruct us to sort out all outstanding issues and get it up to date.
- We will collect all necessary documents/info from you and commence work immediately.
- 33% of the costs is payable up front, 67% on completion of work.
4. Build you own package.
- By completing this option you can create you own monthly package based on your specific needs.
- The monthly amount will be calculated based on the options you choose.
- All these service available to choose from to build your own package will be rendered as and when they bacome due for a 12 month period.
VERY IMPORTANT:
Please read the important info below before signing up for the Monthly Comprehensive/Employee or build your own package.
- If choosing one of the above packages you MUST ensure all accounting records are up do date until the month you require our service
- These services are based on a minimum 12 month contract to be signed between Myfinance-Online and the client. The reason is quite simple as it can happen that we for instance do the finanial statements in the 2nd month of our service as they are due then and afterwards the service gets cancelled.
- By signing the 12 month contact we will do everything as and when due even if you have only paid us for 1 month as the contract is spread over a 12 month period.
- E.g., you sign up for our services as from January 2012 , you books must be up to date till December 2011. If not we suggest you choose the "Catch-Up" accounting 1st and as soon as all is brought up to date you can sign up for the monthly comprehensive package.
- By up to date we mean all Financial Statements/SARS returns/statutory returns must be up to date, filed and paid. All accounting records must also be up to date.
- In summary this package is for "going forward" and we will only deliver the service as from the 1st month it is required in your application form, we can assist in any outstanding issues before this date at an additional fee as agreed upon.
- If the month you start using our service is the same as when your business actually started trading there is no problem and that is why we strongly recommend newly registered business to sign up for this service.
- All these packages and the pricing is based on a monthly service based on agreement sign between the client for a minimum period of 12 months. The purpose of this specific service on this page if for businesses that require accounting/bookkeeping/ taxation, financial statements services etc on a monthly basis over a period of time.
