Although not compulsary it is highly recommended that you convert your current Close Corporation into a Company as defined in the new companies act of 2008.
How does it work?
- Complete the application form, make payment for R350, and post the original signed Power of Attorney and original statement of Consent forms to us.
- Also post certified copies of ALL the member(s) / director(s) ID's to PO Box 28845, Danhof, 9310
- The director's info that needs be completed below must be exaxtly the same as the current members of the Close Corporation. This can be changed if needed once the CC has been converted.
- We will send the incorporatiion certificate to you as soon as the conversion has been done by CIPC.
