How does it work?

Step 1 - fill in the form below

Step 2 - pay the R650 onliine via credit card or any other method.

Step 3 - we will e-mail an example of an accounting officer letter to you.

Step 4 - Scan and e-mail/fax the accountant letter to us together with your CC/Company registration document and ID of all member(s)/director(s) . *

We do the rest. As soon as we have received the requested documents we will send the BEE certificate within 24 hours.

You will get SMS and e-mail notifications on the progress of your order.

* As we are registerted SAIPA accountants we can assist in the accountant letter at an additional fee of R150. We will need some documents (e.g. bank statements  etc to confirm your turnover). If interested feel free to contact our office after application for BEE certificate has been made. 

Important Notice:

This service can only be used by entities with a turnover off les than R5 million rand for a 12 month period. If turnover is higher than R5 million rand in a 12 month period please DO NOT make use of this service.

This service costs R 650.00. This form will be added as "BEE certificate" in your basket.
