Upon receipt of your order and payment we will e-mail you a list of required documents (mostly FICA documents and some document that we will prepare for you to sign).
Most importantly proof of income of more than R50 000 needs to be provided. The only accepted documents are invoices, a signed contract or a rental agreement if the company is in the property letting business. Actual copies of invoices must be supplied (a listing is not accepted) . The sum of these invoices or contract awarded must exceed R50 000. VAT registration cannot be done without this.
You will receive your VAT number within 5-7 working days after we have received all required original documentation in good order.
Once all documentation is ready we will send a courier to collect all original documentation from you at no aditional cost.
